Manitoba Immigration as a Family Member

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), assists Manitoba immigrant families who wish to sponsor eligible family members to the Manitoba region.
Successful immigrant applications under this scheme open the door for successful Canadian immigration to the province of Manitoba and the gaining of permanent residency status.
Applicants must have an Affidavit as an evidence of Support from a close relative residing in Manitoba (a parent, child, sibling, cousin, aunt/uncle, niece/nephew, or grandparent of first cousin), and must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:
Age: Applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 49.
Education/training: Applicants must have completed high school (secondary school), 1 year of post-secondary training or education, and received a diploma, certificate or degree.
Work experience: Applicants must have at least 2 years of full-time work experience within the past 5 years.
Language: Applicants must have sufficient language skills in either French or English.
Adaptability: Applicants must submit a formal settlement plan. The plan must show how the applicant intends to adjust to life in Manitoba, and it must also bear the signature of a close relative who has been resident in Manitoba for at least 12 months. The settlement plan must contain the applicant's desired working occupation.
Score: must obtain a minimum score of 60 out of 100 points on the points assessment grid.
